Payout to your bank
Faster Payments to any UK bank, T+1 by default. Pro plan unlocks same-day. Schedule it daily, weekly, or hand it to your finance manager with view-only access from the dashboard.
Disputes & protection
We sit in the chargeback chain on your behalf. Fraud screening, dispute mediation, and reserve management all happen behind the scenes — most weeks you’ll never know we did anything at all.

Set your payout schedule once and forget it: every business day at 6am, every Monday, or on a fixed day of the month. Manual payouts available 24/7 from the dashboard if you need to true up before a supplier deadline.
Faster Payments to any UK bank are free on the Pro plan and £0.20 per payout otherwise. We don’t earn float on your cash sitting in our system, and we publish the exact settlement schedule so your finance manager doesn’t have to ask twice.

Lovalty earns when you do. We charge a small success fee — typically 8–10% — on the redeemed unit value of a Perk. Unredeemed Perks cost you nothing. Card processing is included. Fraud screening is included. Reconciliation tooling is included.

Monthly settlement statements, VAT-ready invoicing, a redemption-paced revenue ledger, and a one-click Xero / QuickBooks / FreeAgent / Sage push. Your accountant gets what they need; you stay out of the spreadsheet.
We expose every line of every transaction — purchase, redemption, refund, fee, payout, reserve — through both the dashboard and a machine-readable export. If the number is on the system, it’s in the export. We don’t hide it, round it, or aggregate it away.
